Study Abroad Consultants in Hanoi FAQs
The best consultant is one that puts your goals first. Look for certified counsellors, direct partnerships with universities, transparent advice on costs, and support that continues after your visa is approved. Our Hanoi team offers all of this for free, with access to 1,100+ institution partners across 12+ destinations.
Yes. Counselling, course and university selection, application support, scholarship guidance and visa assistance are all free. You pay only third-party costs directly, such as university application fees where they apply, English test fees, visa fees and tuition. We explain each of these upfront, so there are no surprises.
Ask how many universities they partner with, whether their counsellors are certified, and whether they charge service fees. A good consultant recommends options based on your profile, not on which universities are easiest to place you in. Meeting the team in person, at our Hanoi office or at one of our events, is a good way to judge.
We support applications to 12+ destinations, including Australia, the UK, the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany and Dubai. Your counsellor will compare them on cost, course options, post-study work rights and scholarships, so you can choose the one that fits you best.
Start 9 to 12 months before your intended intake. Australia's main intakes are in February and July, the UK and Canada mostly admit students in September and January, and the USA in fall and spring. Starting early gives you time for English tests, scholarship deadlines and visa processing.
It depends on your course and lifestyle, not just tuition. Germany's public universities charge little or no tuition for many programmes. Other destinations offer generous scholarships and part-time work rights that offset living costs. We'll map out the total cost for each option so you can compare them properly.
Fully free study is rare, but it is possible to cut costs significantly. Tuition-free public universities in Germany, fully funded government scholarships and university merit scholarships can all bring costs down. Your counsellor will check which scholarships you qualify for and help you apply before the deadlines.
You'll need to budget for tuition, living costs, health insurance, flights and visa fees. Most student visas also require proof that you can cover these costs. The total varies widely by country, city and course, so we'll build a personalised cost plan with you and your family during your free consultation.
