Three cases stand out in her experience. A student with approximately 35 backlogs and a low CGPA wanted to study in Germany. Rather than turning the case away, she identified suitable universities, built a strong application that addressed the academic record directly, and secured both admission and a German student visa. A married student who had already completed a bachelor's degree in India wanted to pursue a second bachelor's abroad. By understanding the career rationale and presenting a well-constructed study plan, the application succeeded and the Australian student visa was granted. A visually impaired student who had lost both parents needed support through the full documentation process for an Australian student visa. She stayed closely involved at every step, ensuring the process was managed with the care the situation required. She participates regularly in university training sessions, education fairs, and meetings with university representatives. Her recognition includes the Germany Performance Award 2025 from GISMA University and AECC, the Star Counsellor Award from the University of Western Australia in 2024, the Achiever of the Year Award in 2023 at Global Reach, and a Certificate of Appreciation from Queen's University Belfast in 2026.
