Sailesh Jha has spent 24 years in international education counselling students across Australia, UK, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Ireland, and Europe. That breadth gives him a rare ability to assess whether guidance on any destination, including France and broader Europe, is accurate, current, and genuinely useful to students rather than generic advice that could apply anywhere. His expertise spans both study levels and visa types across all these markets, and his particular focus is on Genuine Student narrative quality: whether a student's profile, documentation, and financial evidence tell a coherent, credible story to an immigration officer.
He understands visa compliance and immigration policy deeply enough to identify risks early, at the counselling stage before an application is built, and to position profiles in ways that are transparent, well-evidenced, and aligned with what immigration authorities actually look for. He has made multiple professional visits to Australia and the United Kingdom, giving him first-hand knowledge of education systems, institutional expectations, and student experiences that he applies when assessing whether content on European study pathways reflects the reality students will encounter.
Sailesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering and is both QEAC Certified and British Council Certified. He has 24 years of experience in international education at AECC Global. He has received the Best Leadership Award from AECC and Star Counsellor Awards from leading Australian and UK institutions. He works in English, Nepali, Hindi, and Maithili.
