Kanika Goel has spent over 14 years in international education, building expertise across university relationship management, student recruitment, admissions and compliance, student counselling, and stakeholder engagement. In her current role at AECC, she manages and strengthens relationships with Australian and New Zealand university partners while supporting recruitment and enrolment growth across AECC branches. Her QEAC certification is the professional standard for education agents counselling students on Australian study pathways, and it underpins the accuracy and compliance focus she brings to Australia content.
Her professional experience spans Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA, and Canada, with extensive knowledge of admissions operations, visa and GTE processes, university engagement, agent training, market intelligence, and escalation management across these markets. That multi-perspective understanding of how Australian universities assess applications, what GTE requirements mean in practice, and how compliance standards work across different student profiles is what she applies when assessing whether Australia-facing content reflects the reality students will encounter.
Kanika holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi and is QEAC Certified. She has over 14 years of experience in international education at AECC. She works in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
