Chaitali Parekh has spent 9.5 years counselling students across UK, Australia, Dubai, Germany, Ireland, and France, and has guided more than 25,000 students through the process in that time. Her approach has always been personalised rather than formulaic. Before recommending any university or country, she works through each student's academic background, career aspirations, financial situation, and long-term plans. Her goal is not simply to secure an admission but to help students understand why a particular path is right for them.
In 2023, she visited several UK university campuses and met directly with international admissions officers from multiple countries, building insider knowledge of teaching methods, assessment processes, and what applications are actually evaluated on. She coordinates with banks on behalf of families navigating the education loan process, simplifying what is often one of the more stressful parts of planning for study abroad. One student with an average academic record secured admission to a top-ranked government university after she strengthened the Statement of Purpose, highlighted relevant projects, and presented achievements strategically. She has also helped students who had faced repeated rejections by refining university selection and application documents until they received offers from their preferred institutions. The majority of her new enquiries come through referrals — past students and their families who found the right outcome and passed her name on.
Chaitali holds a BSc in Extension and Communication from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and is British Council Certified. She has 9.5 years of experience in international education at AECC Global. She works in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
